How to use
Protein powder
Mix one 25 g serving of powder with 200–300 ml of water, milk or your preferred milk alternative. Shake or blend thoroughly.
Capsules
Follow the recommended daily dose and directions on the bottle.
Review both labels before use, including any restrictions on combining products. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount for either formula.

Contains milk. May contain traces of egg, soy and oat.
Contains hydrolysed bovine collagen. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
BioBoost Vital Balance™
May contain traces of egg, soy and oat.
Contains bromelain (derived from pineapple). Do not use if you are allergic to pineapple, bromelain or another listed ingredient.
