How to use
Add 200–300 ml of water, milk or your preferred milk alternative to a shaker or blender.
Add one 25 g serving of powder, then shake or blend thoroughly. A 750 g pouch provides approximately 30 servings.
Follow the directions and warnings on your pack. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
