🧪 Product & Ingredient Questions
Is BioBoost Inflamguard™ vegan?
Yes, BioBoost InflamguardTM is 100% vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients.
Are your protein powders gluten-free?
Yes. All Amaris Mint® Balance+ Protein flavours are gluten-free and crafted in a facility that meets international allergen safety standards.
Do your supplements contain artificial fillers or preservatives?
No. We only use clean, clinically selected, naturally derived ingredients no synthetic fillers, binders, or preservatives.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Can I take these if I’m on medication (e.g. blood sugar or cholesterol meds)?
Our formulations include botanicals such as curcumin, fenugreek, ginger, cinnamon, and resveratrol, which may support blood sugar and lipid metabolism. Please speak with your doctor if you are taking hypoglycemic or hypolipidemic medication.
How should I store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal jars or bottles tightly after use to maintain freshness.

How long will my order take to arrive?
• UK: 2–5 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days
• US & Canada: 5–9 business days
• Other International: 7–14 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, and selected global destinations. See our Shipping Policy for more info.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
If you are ordering outside the UK, customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
🔁Returns & Refunds
Can I return an opened product?
No. Due to health and safety regulations, we only accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re here to help. Please email info@amarismint.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that Amaris Mint® is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses, packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, or damages incurred after delivery.
How long do I have to return an item?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via secure checkout.
Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay?
Yes. We offer Klarna and Clearpay for eligible UK and EU customers (Afterpay in the US). These services allow you to split your purchase into interest-free instalments.
Please note:
• Approval is handled by the payment provider directly (not Amaris Mint®)
• Late or missed payments may result in fees
• Klarna and Clearpay require a minimum order value based on your region
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
