📅 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

 

For all international orders:

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local fees
• We are unable to label parcels as “gifts”

❌ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

 

• Lost or delayed? Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• Damaged order? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos
