⏳ Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 14:00 or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- UPS – international shipments outside the EU

📅 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders:
- Import duties, VAT, or local customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are unable to declare shipments as gifts.
- Customs processing times may cause delays outside our control.
❌ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If an issue occurs with your shipment:
- Lost or delayed parcels: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged deliveries: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos.
