Customers ordering outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices.

We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or receiving a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Amaris Mint is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • We identify an obvious pricing or product-information error.

  • Delivery is unavailable to the selected destination.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised commercial resale.

  • Accepting the order would breach applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

6. Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Consumers will normally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving it.

Where subscription purchasing is available, the price, delivery frequency, renewal arrangements and cancellation method will be displayed before you subscribe.

Subscription payments will be taken automatically at the selected interval until the subscription is cancelled.

You may manage, pause or cancel a subscription through your account, using the link provided in your subscription communications or by contacting us.

Cancellation normally applies to future subscription orders and may not cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Must be used before their expiry date.
