Returns & Refund Policy – Amaris Mint®

At Amaris Mint®, we take pride in the purity, quality, and science behind every supplement we create. Due to the nature of our products particularly ingestible supplements like capsules and protein powders we must follow strict safety guidelines when it comes to returns.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns of unopened, sealed products (including protein powders and supplements) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your item
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
❗ We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items, including opened jars, broken seals, or damaged packaging due to safety and hygiene regulations.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for items not returned in their original, sealed condition
🚚 Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or in error. We recommend using tracked shipping Amaris Mint® is not responsible for untracked or lost return parcels.

❌ Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s)
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened protein powders or supplements
- Used products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
