Returns & Refund Policy

Amaris Mint®

At Amaris Mint®, we are committed to the highest standards of product integrity, safety, and scientific formulation. As our products are ingestible supplements, strict hygiene and safety regulations apply to all returns.

This policy outlines your rights and our procedures clearly and transparently.


1. Returns (Unopened Products Only)

We accept returns of unopened and fully sealed products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition
• The safety seal must be intact
• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened protein powders
• Opened supplement bottles
• Broken seals
• Used or tampered products

Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria.


3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Amaris Mint® is not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened supplements or protein products
• Used items
• Gift cards
• Promotional items
• Sale or clearance items
• Items reported after the 14-day return window


6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you remain entitled to remedies in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
